Processing Times
We carefully handcraft each order in our workshop in the Jeseníky Mountains, Czech Republic. Processing times vary depending on whether your order includes personalization:
Standard Orders (Non-Personalized): 2-3 business days
Orders include our standard magnetic calendars, planners, magnet sets, and accessories without custom names or text.
Personalized Orders: 7-10 business days
Orders with custom names, text, or personalized designs require additional time for careful customization and quality checking.
Note: Processing times do not include shipping time. Your order will be shipped once processing is complete.
