Exchange?

Did you order the wrong product? No problem. We'll be happy to help ensure your Lyonis is exactly as it should be. Write to us by email that you want to exchange the product, pack part or all of the package, add a note with your name, order number and requested exchange, and send it to us. Please pay for postage to us.

 

Complaint? - Use our Instant Replacement Guarantee

Something happened to your Lyonis helper? We're really sorry to hear that, but we'll solve it together. If you received the product with a defect, or if a defect appeared within two years of receiving your order, you have the right to use our INSTANT REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE.

We stand 100% behind our products. We know they are the highest quality you can find on the market. In 5 years of Lyonis's existence, we've dealt with complaints in such small numbers that we can count them on the fingers of one hand. We use many pieces with our children daily ourselves, and all of this gives us confidence that they will really last you for many years. That's why we're not afraid to offer an instant replacement guarantee in case of any problem.

Write us an email with the subject INSTANT REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE and we'll get back to you with a solution proposal. If we agree on sending the package back, please don't forget to include a note with your first name, last name, and order number. 🙏 We'll try to repair it, clean it, or fix whatever else is needed. If we succeed, we'll send it back to you. If it's no longer possible, we'll make you a new one FREE OF CHARGE.

And a few more formalities: The replacement guarantee is valid for 2 years from purchase. The guarantee can be applied to a specific product once. Postage to us is paid by the customer. The complaint only applies to defects caused by the manufacturer and does not apply to damage caused by improper or careless use and natural wear and tear.

 

Withdrawal from contract?

Not satisfied with your order? That happens sometimes... Take advantage of our SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, where you can return undamaged goods up to 60 days from purchase. Write us an email at info@shoplyonis.com that you would like to use this guarantee. Pack the order, write "Return60" on it and send it at your expense to the address Lyonis s.r.o., Nám. Svobody 822/1, Jeseník, 79001. Please note that the guarantee does not apply to personalized products (custom modifications).
