How Our Magnets Work

Each magnet is handmade and coated with a water-resistant film. It sticks to our Lyonis calendars, the refrigerator, radiators, and any other magnetic surface. Each magnet features a clear image and a caption so the whole family can understand it at a glance—the kids by the picture, the parents by the words.

What you can use them for

These magnets are designed to work with our Lyonis calendars. You can use them to mark appointments, visualize your family’s daily routine, or display tasks for the kids. But they also work on their own on any magnetic surface, even without our calendar.

Lyonis is a family-run business in the Czech Republic. We make our calendars and magnets in our small workshop, together with other moms who work from home. Every magnet passes through our hands before it reaches you.

How big are the magnets?

Our magnets have a diameter of 3 cm. This means they fit perfectly into every slot on our calendars and are easy for children’s hands to grip.

Do they stick to the refrigerator?

Yes. The magnets stick to any magnetic surface: the refrigerator, a whiteboard, or radiators.

Are they water-resistant?

Yes. We coat each magnet with a water-resistant film. Even if your child touches it with wet or sticky hands, the image remains undamaged.

Are they suitable for young children?

Our magnets are recommended for children ages 3 and up, always under adult supervision. They are not suitable for babies and toddlers who put things in their mouths.
